How does it work?

Price Matching allows customers to request a Price Match after purchasing an item.

Customers will then have a new button on the top of the Order History / Order Details Page called "Price Matching" where you can request Price Matches. Note: This button disappears afterthe customer sends a Price Match for every item in an order, or after the time period of 24 hours.

Terms and Conditions

Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to use Price Matching.

* Price matching is not applicable to our Satin Bedding, and coordinated Satin Lingerie. It is applicable to almost everything else!

Each item in an order can only be Price Matched once.

Only a precise and accurate web address (URL) link to the specific Price Match product on a competitors website will be accepted. Invalid links will void any Price Match.

Satin Boutique reserves the right to approve, or disapprove all submissions.

California Sales Tax can not be considered in Price Matching calculations.

Satin Boutique's decision will not be arbitrarily withheld.

In all cases, Satin Boutique's decision will be final.

When a Price Match is deemed valid a Gift Certificate will be generated for the applicable amount. You will be notified by email. THIS IS YOUR ONLY RECORD * Be Sure to make a hard copy print out of this email. Then file in a safe place for future use.

Please note that Gift Certificates are similar to spendable cash. They can be used by anyone for anything on the Satin Boutique store.
